I get so sick of those posts of tragic-faced skinny girls looking all dramatic and showing off their tubes and collar bones and thighgaps like trophies, with the caption “the reality of having an #eatingdisorder”. Well, this is MY reality with an eating disorder: a head full of endless impossible calculations.
Currently trying to figure out how to make my meal plan low FODMAPS. This is fun. And that was sarcasm.
